FORNEY IDD-II Flame Detection ProbeReliable flame detectors (oil, coal and lignite flames)
FORNEY IDD-II Intelligent Dynamic Flame Detector enables accurate detection and identification of oil flames, coal flames and lignite flames.
The IID-IIU flame detector is used to detect oil flames and coal flames. The IID-IIL flame detector is used to detect lignite flames.
The IDD-II Intelligent Dynamic Flame Detector is used in conjunction with the FORNEY Fire Detection Amplifier DR-6161E, DR-6101, RM-IDD, IDD-IIIA. When the IDD-II flame detector detects the flame, its hardware circuit amplifies the ripple voltage signal generated by the sensing element, and the amplified signal is transmitted to the amplifier via a four-core shielded cable. The amplifier processes the signal and outputs the signal to the burner management system.
The electronic devices of the flame detector are enclosed in a cast aluminum housing. The amplifier periodically performs a self-test to determine if the flame detector is working properly.
